(+ 2 children aged 12 or under) Sleeping: 3 bedrooms (3 King Beds), additional sleeping with a Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room. Parking: 3 cars on property or free street parking. Commercial film allowed with permit and prior consent. Location fee does apply. Events/Parties are not allowed. Hot Tub/Pool - You are using this at your own risk. No excessive drinking or drug usage while utilizing these amenities. Please rinse off beforehand. Pool heating requires a 24hr notice (prior to check in) and a pool heating fee of $100/night (all nights of your stay required). No animals allowed in pool or spa. If pool heating is paid, we heat the pool to 85 degrees from 8am to 5pm. Pool and Spa cannot be heated at the same time. Spa heating is included in your stay. Pets are not allowed on the property. No Smoking. Important to Note: Palm Springs is very strict in their vacation rental ordinances (no amplified music outdoors/noise cannot be heard at property line at any time of the day)
